Denise van den Bossche is an Associate Broker and founding partner of the Exec-Elite Team at Realty Executives Arizona Territory, bringing more than 40 years of trusted experience in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley luxury real estate. Van den Bossche is an Associate Broker and real estate professional with Realty Executives Arizona Territory, the local brokerage with over 30 offices throughout the state.
Van den Bossche relocated to the Valley at 21 after completing her undergraduate degree, and with the intention of continuing her graduate studies at ASU. That decision was primarily due to her desire to leave the brutal winters of Michigan and start her career in the Phoenix Valley.
Van den Bossche quickly established herself in sales in commercial real estate, learning from the developers and builders reshaping the Valley in the 1980s and 1990s.
Van den Bossche initially built a woman-owned construction business, serving on Governor Fife Symington's Council for Women in non-Traditional roles, the GPEC, USGBC and other organizations focused on the built-environment. Van den Bossche studied real estate and wealth management, achieving licensing in securities Series 6, 7, 22, 63 and a B-1 General Contracting license by the age of 30. She served a term as Chair of the Arizona Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council and several other organizations focused on health and sustainability in the built-environment. She also co-chaired a radio talk show on the topic and co-founded the Green Team at Colliers Commercial Real Estate.
Van den Bossche's husband and life partner Patrick, is President of Realty Executives International. She frequently travels with him to visit REI brokers and agents in the more than 500 offices Worldwide.
